Due to my efforts in writing my internship documentation (for my previous
internship@Microsoft)
in english, I can't resist to compose this blog entry in english, too.
For my non-english-speaking/reading audience: Heit schreiwi amoi af
Englisch.
Yesterday evening my fellows at the 'Alm' coaxed me to go out to a
place called "The Plaza", a bad (and small) copy of the Empire in St.
Martin (This famous clubbing location has been promoted repeatedly by
the godfather of blogging, saxx:
Empire Blogs).
Well, I was still a little bit tired from this weeks hard work and took
a nap in the evening, which was definitely worthwhile!
Well rested and full of expectation, we hit the road at about 2300 and
immediately met the first bunny (it survived). We picked up Anett, a
friend of Jan, and took a few drinks at Bel Air, a cocktail bar in
Dingolfing. Then we went to the Plaza - a disco structured like the
Empire in St. Martin: there is a club-like part and a part like the
famous "Moa Fritz". We hung out in the club and soon one of my fellows
(fortunately not the driver) cleared a chick (and was not seen until
about noon today).
The people in the club were somewhat strange, though. Some of them
(mainly the younger ones) wearing suits, others wearing kilts, and even
others wearing wigs... Nevertheless, Anett, Jan and me had fun and left the club in the
morning - not without taking a little breakfast at McDonalds
(McChicken).
Anyhow, this was probably my first and last visit to this
establishment. I'll spend this afternoon working on the rest of my
internship documentation, the presentation and the newspaper report.
